Be prepared before your first visit!

Please remember our facility is operated as a group-play environment!

What this means is that all of our guests will participate in large groups based on size and/or temperament. Like free-range chickens! Just completely indoors, so not entirely like free-range chickens..(?).

All of our furry, four-legged friends looking to participate in daycare or boarding, must:

  • be up to date on their vaccines such as Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper
  • be spayed or neutered (if over the age of 8 months)
  • be a minimum of 5 months old
  • not have history of aggression towards humans or other animals
  • complete an evaluation with our facility/staff (a minimum of 1 day prior to any boarding reservation)

For the continued health and safety for our staff and other guests, we will not make any exceptions. In the event your pup has health conditions which keep them from fulfilling our above requirements please provide signed documentation (letter, note, etc.) from their veterinarian prior to check in. As always, we greatly appreciate your time, and invite you to visit our FAQs page if you have any additional questions!

For the pups who don't care for daycare.. Please make sure:

  • all of their vaccines (Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper) are up to date.
  • they do not have a history of aggression towards humans
  • you arrive at least 5 minutes early to your pup's appointment to allow our specialist to assess the condition of your pup's coat and answer any questions you may have before getting started
  • all necessary documentation has been completed and submitted to our front desk or uploaded to Gingr

Our specialists will not perform services on any pup without written permission (from the owner) to do so.

As previously stated for our Daycare and Boarding services, the same stands for all grooming appointments: we will not be making any exceptions to our requirements unless medically necessary and documentation is provided prior to check in. We greatly appreciate your time and urge you to visit our FAQs page if you have any additional questions!
